CORPORATE DEBTOR REPRESENTATION
- Lakeland Fast Food Services, Inc., Florida Fast Food Services, Inc. and Brandon Fast Food Services, Inc.- Involving the Chapter 11 representation of three Burger King Franchisee’s with 14 operating restaurants. The restaurants were sold in a court approved bankruptcy sale and the majority of the restaurants remained as a going concern.
- Yellow Cab of Tampa, Inc.-Yellow Cab of Tampa is one of the oldest and largest cab or taxi companies in the Tampa Bay area. The firm represented Yellow Cab as Debtor’s counsel in their successful Chapter 11 plan which was confirmed by the bankruptcy court.
- Bravo Enterprises, USA, LLC.- The firm represented a large motel in a contested confirmation hearing. The court confirmed the Debtor’s Chapter 11 case over the objection of the secured creditor holding a mortgage on the property.
- Hall Printworks, Inc. and Tampa Bay Press, Inc.-Each of these representations involved printers whose Chapter 11 plans were confirmed by the Court ad the businesses were able to remain going concerns.
- Medico Environmental Services Corp.- The firm represented Medico Environmental Services Corp. in a large Chapter 11 medical disposal case. The Debtor’s Chapter 11 Plan was confirmed.
- Sylla, Inc.- The firm represented Sylla, Inc. in its Chapter 11 case. Sylla, Inc. is a well regarded architectural and design firm whose Chapter 11 plan was confirmed by the bankruptcy court.
- Tower Environmental, Inc.- The firm represented Tower Environmental, Inc. in a large Chapter 11 Environmental remediation restructuring case. The Debtor’s Chapter 11 plan was confirmed.
- Lakeland Hotel, Inc.- Involved a hotel whose Chapter 11 plan was confirmed by the Court.
